Meredith's Awen

In a culture that prizes efficiency and progress, I found myself craving the space and time to cultivate something beautiful, and I wondered if others might feel the same. This is how Meredith’s Awen came to exist. Awen is an ancient Welsh word whose wooden translation is “inspiration.” However, it does not refer to “inspiration” in a vague sort of way, rather it refers to the divine inspiration that would come over a bard (poet) as he narrated the story of his people. His song would speak hope and beauty into the lives of his people, and this is what I seek to do here. At Meredith's Awen, I hope to inspire and adorn the story of your own life.
